Spring is only 6 weeks away! We always have something
to look forward to!
The 1st graders sent postcards to children at Trinity Lutheran
School in
Portland, Oregon.
We are anxious to
see what they
send us back.
Hopefully we will be able to write back and forth during the school year.
2nd and 3rd graders have finished their Native American scene and will be starting the early settlers who came to America. They are doing this with their Social Studies.
“Doubles plus one more.” “Measure that line.” These are math facts 1st graders are learning right now. Subject, noun, verb, adverb, adjective and then teeny tiny article—we are finding those in our English lessons, too.
Report cards are coming on Friday. Watch for them in the book bags!
