Rocket Club Trip (September 2011)
Rocket Club members from Good Shepherd have returned from their trip to Kennedy Space Center September 15-17.
Thanks to everyone who supported the Rocket Club fundraisers during the last year. Because of your help Loren, Elijah, Jason, Libby, Alex, Oscar, Keaton and Mark went to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Center. We went on guided bus tours, went on a simulated space shuttle launch, saw the Atlantic Ocean, bought interesting souvenirs and took lots of pictures, some of which will be on the bulletin board near the Fellowship Hall. Thanks again! Rocket Club information.

Thanks, Savers Thank you to all who have been saving HyVee receipts, Box Tops for Education and Campbells Soup labels for our
school. We received a check for $333.74 from HyVee. Our goal for Box Tops is $519. So far we have $165. Help us meet and beat our goal! Campbells Soup labels help us refill our paint and other school supplies. Thank you! Please check the table by the office to get coupons for products that may have Box Tops to save. More support programs.

Gratitude from Giving Gardens
Last year, Good Shepherd School students grew and sold garden plants and donated the proceeds to Wheat Ridge Ministries “Giving Gardens” Hearts for Jesus Project to seed new ministries of health and hope in the name of Jesus in Haiti and other countries.
